By using CheapMealMap, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What CheapMealMap is

A crowdsourced map of meals under $12 in the US. Users submit restaurants, prices, and reviews. CheapMealMap displays this information.

Your account

  • You must be 13 or older to create an account
  • You're responsible for keeping your account secure
  • Don't share your account or impersonate others
  • You can delete your account anytime

What you can submit

You can submit:

  • Real restaurant information (name, address, prices)
  • Genuine meal photos you took yourself
  • Honest reviews and comments

You CANNOT submit:

  • Fake or misleading information
  • Content that infringes others' copyrights
  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats
  • Spam or promotional content
  • Illegal content

Ownership of content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit
  • By submitting, you grant CheapMealMap a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use it
  • We can remove content that violates these terms

Moderation

  • We moderate content to keep the community healthy
  • Flagged content may be removed
  • Repeated violations can result in account suspension
  • Admins have final say on moderation decisions

Accuracy

  • User-submitted data may be inaccurate or outdated
  • We don't verify every submission
  • Prices and availability change — always confirm with restaurants
  • CheapMealMap is provided "as is" without warranty

Pricing information

  • Prices shown are what users reported
  • Actual prices may differ from what's shown
  • Tax/tip estimates are rough guides, not exact

Service availability

  • We work hard to keep CheapMealMap running, but don't guarantee uptime
  • We may change or discontinue features
  • We're not liable for business decisions you make based on our data

Limitation of liability

  • CheapMealMap is free to use
  • We're not liable for any damages from using the service
  • Use at your own risk

Termination

  • We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • You can stop using the service anytime

  • We'll notify users of significant changes

Governing law
